Registered Manager Overview:
Cureyoursearch are proud to represent a fantastic care home group who are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the team in a well-established and CQC Good rated home. The care home is set in beautiful surroundings and has an excellent reputation in the local community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to join a family-run organisation, and to lead a strong and committed team. The Registered Manager will have responsibility for leading the home, ensuring the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
The Registered Manager will possess:
- Registered Manager experience
- Level 5 qualification or working towards this
- Excellent CQC knowledge
- Drive and commitment to providing exceptional care for residents
The Registered Manager Package:
- Salary £37,000 plus bonus

The Registered Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Informal meeting.
Stage two – Formal face to face interview
