Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker specialized in working with children aged 5 years and older. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individual children and their families.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Provide counseling and therapy services to children and families to address emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure clients receive appropriate support and resources.
Advocate for the best interests of children and families involved in child protection cases.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Participate in case conferences and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for clients.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field.
A minimum of [5] years of experience as a Social Worker, preferably with a focus on child and family services.
Knowledge of child development theories, behavior management strategies, and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
Familiarity with child protection laws and regulations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and professionals from various disciplines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid [state/country] driver's license and reliable transportation.
