Summary
Want a head start for a challenging and interesting career. Then, Why not consider government funded apprenticeship as a Dispensing Assistant. You will be working towards Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Services. The apprenticeship takes 2 years to complete
Best team members are those who are flexible and reliable people who can easily switch between answering phone calls, ordering stock and supporting their colleagues - as well as carrying out their dispensing duties accurately and with patient care at heart.

You will:
-provide outstanding customer care and contribute to a professional pharmacy service that exceeds customer expectations.
-deliver the dispensing activities accurately and safely, protecting confidentiality, so that the prescription is delivered according to customer needs.
-Comply with the code of ethics, professional standards, relevant legislation and company procedures, to deliver required standards of clinical governance.
-Spot ways of helping your colleagues to deliver the best results, and take action where necessary, so that you provide the very best pharmacy service to your customers.
-Observe your limits and work under the guidance, supervision and requirements of the pharmacist.
-Have a very good attendance and time keeping record.
The vacancy is 35 hours per week over 5 days per week (Mon to Fri)
