Summary

I am looking for personal care for a Man
Drivers licence required: No
Hours per week: 6 hours per week during term time over three days
Possibility of alternative school holiday hours
Hourly pay rate: £12 per hour (monthly wages by BACS)
Tues 3pm to 4.30pm Wed 3pm to 6pm Fri 3pm to 4.30pm (in term time with possibility of alternative school holiday hours)
The young man is sociable and fun-loving and lives with his parents. He can also be cheeky and very strong-minded. He is autistic and has a severe learning disability and a speech and language disorder.
Subject to DBS check. Non-smokers only. Employer has employers’ liability insurance. Duties include: Personal grooming Eating and drinking assistance Other relevant duties as required Companionship Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:

Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

Ideal candidate will be friendly, kind, calm and flexible with a sense of humour and open mind.
Personal care is involved.
Experience or some understanding of additional needs/neurodiversity is essential.
