Summary
Admin assistant - Immediate start.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, working as an admin assistant for our client who are an established warehouse and distribution organisation.
We are looking for someone who can take general enquiries from customers and managing the admin side of a busy warehouse and you will be dealing with everything from inbound monitoring and outbound prioritization.
On a daily bases you will be:
• Dealing with customer queries and problem solving.
• Creating reports using excel.
• Using the WMS to check stock, release orders, print labels/paperwork, create reports.
• Maintaining good telephone manner,
• Managing the admin workload.
• Inbound monitoring and outbound prioritization.
Full training will be provided.
To be a successful candidate you must meet the following:
• Have your own transport.
• You will have proven experience of administrative duties.
• Be willing to partake in training where required .
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Take pride in providing fantastic customer service.
• Be familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel.
• You will be a self motivated individual who can think outside the box.
• Be an excellent team player.
On going work.
You will be working Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:00
