Summary

**Job Title:** Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

**Location:** Redditch

**Salary: ** £24,000 - £26,000 per annum



Are client is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance their brand presence. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, along with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**


* Social Media management in line with company branding:
* Posting of daily content with a view to increasing follower numbers and e-commerce site traffic.
* E-commerce site maintenance:
* Image updating including lifestyle and pack shots.
* New features as per projects.
* Improvements and fixes website enhancement.
* Ensuring accurate and up to date information.
* Setting up pricing sheet every 6 weeks.
* Updating pricing and RRP.
* New listings and de-listing of products from site.
* Chase suppliers for relevant marketing materials in line with marketing Gantt chart.
* Upload of supplier marketing materials in line with agreed schedule.
* Assist with approval of new customer account request (in line with Category Manager).
* New customer account set up.
* Management of customer orders from website in line with order pattern:
* Download and create orders using internal system (Basil).
* Ensure payment is taken.
* Fulfil/NATOPS and issue relevant refunds accordingly.
* Follow up emails to non-returning customers.
* Assist with blogs and supplier profiles.
* Review of information dashboard with weekly report on website orders, returns and net margin %/£.
* Assist Category Manager with Newsletters, email blasts and seasonal spotlight publications.
* Assist Category Manager with brochure production (seasonal, supplier portfolio) digital and print.
* Assist with design of leaflets and other marketing materials.
* Digital (website) and Social Media coordination experience / understanding (raising company profile within the industry).



**Key Requirements: -**


* Own transport and full UK Driving License (based full time at our Worcestershire Head Office).
* Hold the required standard of English language and literacy in relation to the role.
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, using own initiative.
* Highly numerate with strong diligence / attention to detail.
* Completion and recording of all company documentation as required.
* Flexibility (prepared to perform any other reasonable requested duties as requested).
* Strong / confident IT skills (Inc. Excel experience).
* Education: GCSE or equivalent.
* Knowledge / experience of Canva / Mailchimp / Photo room.
