Our client is a thriving Domiciliary care agency with many years of experience.
Due to expansion, the newly set up branch is seeking an experienced Business manager who has knowledge of healthcare and marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the manager in running and growing the business, contributing to its success and making a real difference in the community.
Responsibilities:
Client relations - Building relationships with clients and making client calls.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
Develop promotional materials and campaign
Create relationships within the healthcare industry
Lead negotiation and close deals with clients.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
Business Development experience and comfortable in a client-facing role
Good Sales and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
A full UK driving license is essential.
A friendly and warming personality
