Location: Whitehaven or Warrington or Abingdon
Hours of work: 37 hours per week - Hybrid Available
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts and invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years experience in supply and procurement
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Chartership status
Role information:
- Responsible for the procurement and supply chain strategy and processes
- Act as point of contact for all supply chain related matters
- Liaise with stakeholders to support supply chain requirements
- Develop procurement strategies to meet business needs
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure supply terms
- Review contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Develop business relations with suppliers and vendors
