Summary

The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and developing commercial activities within our healthcare facilities management operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in contract management, financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare sector and a proven track record in commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and market conditions.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and renewal processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the healthcare or facilities management sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial practices.
  • Excellent financial analysis and budget management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with commercial management software.
