Summary
Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver The Best Connection are working with our BILLINGHAM based client to source additional C+E (Class 1) DAY SHIFT Trunk Drivers for their expanding operation.
* There are on going as well as Ad hoc positions available*
The role: Starting at the Billingham hub you will be driving across the country to deliver goods using box trailers. There is a minimum of "Hand-balling" involved The Safe and Timely Operation of a C+E (Class one) vehicle All vehicle checks and reporting of defects. Achieving delivery slots Using website-based delivery scheduling Completion of delivery notes and associated paperwork Hours of work: 06.00am - 18.00pm 7 day working The candidate: C+E (Class One) Licence In date CPC and DIGI Card Experience using box trailers preferred Rewards: £15.04 per hour (PAYE) for all hours worked Saturday and Sunday are part of standard working week Benefits of working for The Best Connection: On-going assignments Holiday entitlement Personal accident insurance Excellent rates of pay On-line Payslips Pension provision Candidates will be invited to register online via our digital on-boarding system
