**Job Title: Robot Welder Operator**
**Location:** Redditch
Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:45/ Fri 08:00-14:00
**Hours: ** £12.50ph (£13.50ph after 12 weeks)
**Job Description: ** We are looking to recruit an Robot Welder Operator to join a busy engineering company based in Redditch. As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating robotic welding machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications.

**Responsibilities:**
* Load materials into the welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment for accurate welding.
* Monitor the robotic welding process to ensure quality and consistency of welds.
* Perform regular maintenance on robotic welding equipment to keep it in optimal condition.
* Inspect finished welds for defects and make necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
