We’re looking for an executive support manager to support our chief customer office and their senior leadership team to deliver an exciting and ambitious programme of work that will transform customer experience and enable customers to thrive. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer you’ll manage the programme office and support the delivery of projects.

You will be driven, adaptable and passionate about customers and housing, and focussed on making a difference. Adept at working with senior leaders, you’ll be comfortable working in the detail, and managing a diverse and fast paced workload.

This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main offices in Wolverhampton, Tewskesbury, Lichfield or Chipping Sodbury with travel across these offices on a regular basis. A basic DBS check is required.

You will have:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and will be an articulate communicator, who is able to deliver messages and influence colleagues across a wide audience.
  • Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience of leading meetings and facilitating workshops
  • Experience of using different communication channels to confidently communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in report writing, presentations, agenda setting, minute taking and diary management.
  • Able to drive and have a full UK driving licence.
