• A competitive salary that values your vital contributions
• Guaranteed hours for stability and peace of mind
• Paid holidays to rest and recharge
• Ongoing training to expand your skills
• Variety in your work to keep you engaged
• A supportive team free from office politics

That's precisely what we offer our Residential Support Workers at Educate Care. We believe in rewarding our invaluable staff with:

• Above-average pay rates
• Reliable full-time (average of 173 hours per month) or part-time hours
• Additional pay for sleep-ins
• Paid holiday entitlement
• Comprehensive training opportunities
• Diverse roles and ability to progress
• A close-knit team focused on children's wellbeing

The Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Your impact will be immense, from providing emotional support to facilitating daily living. Key responsibilities include fostering a nurturing home environment, encouraging educational attainment, and implementing individualised care plans.

The Ideal Candidate:

We seek compassionate individuals, ideally with experience supporting those with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Patience, strong communication abilities, and a genuine desire to empower young lives are essential. You must also maintain registration with Social Care Wales as a Residential Child Care Worker.
