Summary
To provide general and specific health screening to the practice population, in line with agreed protocols and reference to the GP, where necessary. Assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care to meet the needs of the individual and patient groups. To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. To carry out evidence based nursing care. Proactively establish good communication networks with all members of the practice team. Be responsible to manage their own clinics and carry out associated tasks.
