Summary

On joining the team, you will receive a comprehensive structured induction package. We are proud to offer excellent CPD training opportunities, we meet monthly as a group of registered Occupational Therapists to focus on developing our assessment and reporting skills, run a monthly full-team CPD session, as well as having opportunities in taking part in additional training for expanding our skillset. Due to the complex nature of the work we carry out and the environments that we work in, we place great value upon the use of supervision and each member of the team will be in receipt of professional supervision, monthly management supervision and the opportunity to attend monthly reflective practice with the wider team.
