As a Hospitality Trainer, you can say goodbye to working weekends and evenings and pass your knowledge on to the next generation.

Your Role as a Hospitality Trainer:

As a Hospitality Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face.

Working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your hospitality apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.

What You'll Do:


Work with hospitality apprentices in their workplaces and online.
Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of hospitality.
Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
Support your apprentices with their functional skills. Explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices’ skills.
Develop relationships with employers in your area.


About You

We’re looking for passionate Hospitality Professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the culinary industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:


Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Coupled with a passion for teaching.
Experience managing one or more of the following: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.
A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
