Summary
A Vacancy at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of the Medicine and Emergency Care Division Senior Leadership Personal Assistant team. Also, they will role model and deliver a confidential administrative and secretarial support service, to the Divisional Director ofOperations , Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Director of Nursing and Divisional Medical Director. Thus, enabling them to perform effectively within a challenging and complex regulated environment.
Provide line management to the senior leadership team Pas/apprentices. Including (but not exclusive to) appraisal, absence and rota management and development of a first class workforce of Personal Assistants.
Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to ensure that resources are used flexibly to meet demand, including appropriate office cover and the provision of assistance in times of particular pressure in any area.
Provide a comprehensive and professional Executive PA service, removing unnecessary demands and pressures from the Divisional Director Team members identified.
This exciting opportunity has arisen as we seek to develop support to our senior team . You will lead a small dedicated team providing PA functions to the Medicine and Emergency Care senior leadership team . There will be an opportunity to shape development of the team .
