Summary

Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a fluent Chinese speaking individual, to become a Customer Service Advisor in Rutherglen, Glasgow.

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift

Our client has a first-class reputation throughout the thriving spirits industry - they offer a wide range of services from collection of casks or cased stock, to packaging and re-cask of spirit into fresh wood for finishing or further maturation.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying orders for despatch
  • Creating despatch schedules
  • Identifying appropriate HMRC paperwork to be prepared
  • Maintaining status of orders after despatch
  • Recording, controlling, and maintaining up to date documents and records in line with HMRC regulations ensuring all paperwork is checked, accurate, and completed within set timescales

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will be experienced from working in customer service and/or admin. We're looking for a candidate who is:

  • Capable of working both in a team or independently, and who can prioritise your own workload
  • Familiar with the manufacturing/bottling processes and HMRC regulations
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • An effective communicator
  • Experienced in Excise Movement and Control System
