We are looking for motivated, experienced and non experienced residential support workers to help make a huge impact on children and young adults , our homes help to aid children and young adults with support and guidance.

Responsibilities: Support pupils in and out of the care home, personal development and behaviour management is crucial to supporting the children in our residential settings, i am looking for staff who hold specific skills such as emotional intelligence, resilience, Patience, motivation & determination, Communication (Verbal + Listening skills), maturity, Team player, somebody who uses initiative, etc.
Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour, team player attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work, Punctuality, organisation, experience within an SEND school or residential setting.
