Summary
Position: Sous Chef
Location: White Horse Bar & Restaurant, East Runton, Cromer
Working Hours: Full-time work available
Pay rate: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our permanent Kitchen team at White Horse Bar & Restaurant. As a Sous Chef, your role is critical to the smooth running of our meal time service and the overall dining experience.
Resquirements & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in menu creation and development
• Good organisational skills
• Works well under pressure
• Deputise in absence of the Senior Chef
• Lead by example
• Management of the junior chefs
• Punctual and reliable
• Problem solving
