As part of the Project Delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all projects are executed within agreed cost, scope, and program parameters.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water industry.
  • NEC 3 knowledge and experience.
  • HNC minimum in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
  • 18th Edition of BS7671 (Electrical only).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD advantageous.


Role Summary:
Dynamic role in project delivery within the water industry - Join our clients team as we seek an experienced individual to take on the responsibility of coordinating and delivering projects of various values and complexities. As part of the Project Delivery team, you'll ensure that all projects are executed within agreed cost, scope, and program parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the SED team in preparing project design and estimates (pre-implementation).
  • Manage multiple projects and oversee works awarded to suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Provide technical expertise on the repair, refurbishment, or replacement of equipment & plant.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor pre-construction process plans.
  • Attend start-up, site visit, and design meetings.
  • Effectively manage scope change notices in line with contract requirements.
  • Produce information for Project-level KPI's.
  • Lead and manage project teams (both direct and subcontract), taking accountability for project delivery.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to this post.
