Summary

MSR Solicitors seeks a dedicated and professional HR Executive to join our team in London. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the employee experience.

You will also ensure HR operations run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional with a minimum of 1.5 years' experience to further their career in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure that all employee information is kept secure and confidential. Ensure that all employee records are properly documented and stored. Monitor changes in employee status and ensure all changes are reflected in the company's records.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts and policies. Process and track employee leaves and absences. Ensure that all employee records are compliant with applicable labor laws. Maintain records of employee performance reviews and feedback.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Recruitment and On boarding:

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Oversee the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration.
HR Projects:

Participate in and contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 1.5 years' experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite as well as HR software.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
