Support, Time & Recovery Workers have a key role to play within the team, supporting clients in their mental health journey and recovery and social inclusion.

The teams operational working hours is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although some flexibility may be needed, and a car driver would be desirable but not essential for the role.

Quality Improvement is promoted and there are opportunities for participating in service development projects.

Be able to demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills especially when handling conflict and change and should have the appropriate skills to facilitate the resolution of difficulties.
