Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Business.
You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout the Yorkshire and North Midlands areas. We want to hear from likeminded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
Undertaking multi trade work in void properties to complete repair work, Plastering, Fencing, Groundworks, Joinery, Plumbing, UPVC and other general repair works
Specifically, you’ll be completing a target output of 6 jobs per day, attending to reactive, emergency and routine repairs as well as complete planned (void) refurbishment jobs
Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role.
Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role, with a company van provided.
