Summary
Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator based at Strathtay Avenue, Netherlee on a temporary part time contract for 6 months. This role is on a job share basis meaning the successful candidate will be working every alternate week.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -
• £12.17* or £12.66 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave)
• Working 25 hours per alternate week, worked Monday – Friday, (1 week on 1 week off)
• 33* or 28 days annual leave per year
• Paid Disclosure Scotland check
• Access to paid training & continued personal development
What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Netherlee, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
