Summary
Support Worker Norton Fitzwarren - £12.29 p/h plus night enhancement
Typical Shifts are: 19:30 - 07:30 working 3 shifts a week including weekends

Our residential service in Norton Fitzwarren is an old farmhouse with large grounds including fruit trees and a walled garden. Its a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach as well as have experience working with individuals with Huntingdon's, complex care needs and acquired brain injury.
