Summary
Kennedy's Irish Bar in Manchester are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
- Setting up the kitchen for service
- Preparing fresh food and cooking during service and special events
- Stock rotation
- Adhering to strict food hygiene regulations
- Using a wide range of electrical appliances
- Learning and using knife skills
- Planning menu specifications
