Summary

The opportunity has arisen for a Campaigns Officer (marketing & digital) to join WTM's Marketing team. Working collaboratively with and reporting to the Senior Campaigns Officer, the Campaigns Officer will work on marcomms campaigns in line with the charity’s strategies.

Main Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Campaigns Officer with the development and delivery of creative multi-channel marketing campaigns for WTM’s diverse programme in order to reach a wide range of audiences, significantly increase sales and support the achievement of agreed sales targets.

Support the increase of audience reach and engagement.

Contribute to the marketing dashboard to report on marcomms and digital campaigns.

Support the Senior Campaigns Officer with audience outreach.

Assist in the development of marketing plans to promote and maximise income from Worthing Theatres & Museum commercial and trading activities.

Deliver against WTM’s Audience Development Strategy.

Support with updating and maintaining WTM’s website.
