What are we looking for? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant role at Futures. This role will ensure efficient and effective delivery of the CEO’s responsibilities and support at board level.

As Executive Assistant at Futures you will be an excellent communicator, who can develop, establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be experienced in diary management, accurate minute taking and the preparation of presentations, reports and Board packs. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent written skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, with a high degree of independence and the ability to maintain confidentially at all times. You will need to be proactive, determined, and have the ability to prioritise you workload, often with conflicting deadlines.

The post holder will:

- Have 3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Be experienced in taking minutes.
- A positive, approachable team player with a can do attitude.
