About the role:

To organise, oversee and motivate team to deliver business growth with an in depth understanding of all company products and services and are equipped with industry knowledge to sell them.

You will use your excellent people and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with customers, taking responsibility for the sales budget, conduct research and stay on top of industry trends. You will build a knowledgeable and proactive team who's training is up to date. You will take the lead of resolving all issues.

What we’re looking for:

Possessing a broad knowledge of UK agriculture either from practical on-farm experience and/or an agricultural qualification, you will be a natural communicator who can take a broad view of the farm to recommend the most suitable products and services instore.

At least two years proven supervisory/management experience within a comparable role

You will be confident in helping develop sales to existing members and attracting new members where possible and encouraging the use of services offered by Mole Valley Farmers.

You will be disciplined and organised in the management of your customers by planning your in store calls, structuring your prospecting activity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

A RAMA (AMTRA) qualification is beneficial but not essential.
