We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our growing Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and customer service tasks providing the day-to-day support. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy fostering a positive work atmosphere, this opportunity is perfect for you.
What you will be doing as an Administrator…
Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and efficiently
Supporting the team, suppliers, and customers, ensuring they have an excellent experience
Processing in house and third-party orders in an efficient and professional manner
Manage haulier movement through the site, to include bookings, load notes, dispatches, and returns
Acquire a general knowledge of all the products supplied within the division, and basic commercial knowledge to ensure that customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner
Communicate with fellow team members to share, and prioritise outstanding tasks on a day-to-day basis

Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft office, to include: Excel, Word and Outlook
Great organisation and excellent time management
Flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn new skills
