Summary
We are a well established company that has been trading since 1979 and due to our expanding business we now have an excellent opportunity for 2 skilled and experienced Roofers/Cladding Operatives to join us.
The successful candidates will be required to work full time on site with one of our prestigious clients in the Solihull and Birmingham areas. Both roles are permanent and will be subject to a 3 month probation review.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• The role varies across all aspects of roofing including roof cleaning, roof leak detection & fix, repairs to cladding, slating, fiberglass & lead among other roofing disciplines
• Working in a team of usually 2, much of the work is reactive therefore you will need to make decisions quickly
• Completing paperwork using company information provided.
• There are opportunities for training and progression into leadership roles for the right candidate.
Essential:
• Driving Licence Required
• Experience in roofing or maintenance work
• Trade qualification ie IPAF, PASMA or City & Guilds/NVQ would be an advantage
• Qualifications in:- CSCS card (Blue Skilled)
Experience:
• Roofing: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence (required)
