Milestone Academy have a great opportunity and are seeking to appoint a Student Services Officer for their Secondary Phase who will support students with attendance, their behaviour for learning and their emotional well-being.

The Student Services Officer will take on responsibilities to provide support to other pastoral staff, involving behaviour mentoring, liaising with other provisions where students are educated off site and supporting attendance and punctuality. Whilst full training will be offered when in post, our successful candidate will have some prior experience of working in a similar capacity directly with young people, offering an empathetic and restorative outlook for the benefit of the students.

This is a fixed-term position offering an actual salary of £19,933 per annum (£27,007 full-time equivalent) based on working 31.75 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset.
