Summary

Job: Chef De Partie

Location: HMP Bullingdon
Salary: £14.25 per hour (£28,626.16 annually)
Work Schedule: 11-hour days, 4 on 4 off

We are seeking three motivated and flexible Chef De Parties to join our clients team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a prison kitchen, where you will support prisoners in food production and cooking, contributing positively to their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of chefs to create quality meals from a pre-ordered menu.
  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must pass security clearance, including a 5-year UK address history.
  • Equivalent of NVQ Level 2 qualification.
  • Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience.
  • Knowledge of health and food safety legislation.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
