Teaching Personnel is thrilled to partner with an exceptional SEN Primary School in Crawley, seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and support their remarkable students.

We are excited to welcome enthusiastic, confident, and compassionate individuals to our team as Teaching Assistants. If you have experience working with children or adults with complex needs and challenging behaviours in care, residential, or school settings, we would love to connect with you!

What We're Looking For:
- Child-only DBS registered to the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Experience in care, support work, education, or working with complex special needs/learning difficulties
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is highly advantageous
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and empathetic individuals

Compensation: £83.85 - £95 per day

In this role, you'll have the chance to support pupils across the primary Key Stages, following either a Primary or Nursery curriculum. Your nurturing and dynamic approach will be essential as you assist with Phonics, Literacy, and Numeracy activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
