Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent SEN school in Crowborough that caters to primary, secondary, and post-16 students with a range of special needs, including autism, SLD, PMLD, and speech and language difficulties.

Teaching Personnel can offer flexible work opportunities and an online diary which you have full control over!

This works perfectly for individuals looking to pick up an odd day of supply teaching, as well as individuals looking to work 5 days per week.

All you'll need is a can-do attitude, ideally some experience in care, support work, education or youth work and a DBS registered to the update service.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across a variety of activities and subjects, tailored to their individual needs.
- Assist in implementing educational programs and activities designed to help students with diverse needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with daily tasks and routines, ensuring a structured and supportive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver a cohesive and effective educational experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
