Summary

Are you in search of a fresh role as a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary SEN school located in Ilford, Redbridge?

I'm currently collaborating with an 'Outstanding' secondary SEN school, seeking to appoint multiple Behaviour Mentors to support mixed classes either at KS3 or KS4, catering to students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties.

This is a full-time, long-term position commencing immediately until the end of the academic year, with a potential for permanency thereafter. The daily rate for the position ranges from £80 to £100, depending on your experience.

About the Role:
- Secondary SEN school setting
- Full-time, long-term contract
- Daily rate between £80 and £100
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties
- School provides training and regular CPD sessions

The Ideal Candidate:
- Willingness to work in a special needs setting
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Availability to work from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Demonstrates patience, reliability, and nurturing qualities
- Able to attend trial and/or interview immediately
