About this opportunity

We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good. We're focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone. Including you.

We're looking for Integrators to join our new Digital Waterfront Platform, in the Customer Waterfront Lab in IP&I. We're delivering a new Digital first proposition, providing an ecosystem of the Group's products and services, deepening the depths of relationships with our customers, in an under-served section of society.

You'll be pivotal in creating organisational clarity, developing new ways of solving problems and making sure those new solutions are implemented and communicated. The purpose of the Lead Integrator role is coordinating and interlocking dependencies between the platform and external stakeholders such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and 3rd parties. This may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Lead Integrator sits at Platform-level and covers both business and technology change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant stakeholders. Developing the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership and aligned to the Lab backlog.

  • Catalogue and manage dependencies between other teams, working with stakeholders to ensure interlock, enabling the platform to deliver at pace. You'll identify blockers to delivery and, where possible, mitigate/resolve, escalating to product owner(s)/platform leadership where required.

  • Managing suppliers (3rd Party), you'll provide oversight and manage underperformance.

  • Managing complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Coordinating the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leading on the SI process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line. You'll provide expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, for change across multiple programmes.

Why Lloyds Banking Group

Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We're growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too.

  • Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance - Analyse, interpret and track management information related to product delivery. This involves gathering and understanding management information and communicating it to the right stakeholders, anticipating what might not go to plan as well as identifying current problems that is causing a negative impact and put in place actions to remove or reduce obstacles or uncertainty. Used to understand and forecast completion of work items.

  • Leadership & Culture - The ability to create and maintain a workplace culture and leadership characteristics that support the business' core values.

  • Coaching & Feedback - The ability to help others learn how to change future professional behaviours and ways of working, by listening and providing positive and motivating advice and guidance, as well as enabling them to reflect and learn from experience.
