Summary
Title: Temporary Legal Receptionist
Location: Henley on Thames
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate

Our client in Henley on Thames is looking for a Temporary Legal Receptionist to provide a first class service to all persons visiting the company, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Meet with employees and provide outstanding customer service to all employees and visitors of the office
• Assist employees in a friendly, professional, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
• Prepare meeting room and event set ups including organising food and refreshments as per the clients requirements
• Answering calls from the main switchboard and transferring them to the relevant department
• To monitor the front of house email inbox, ensuring all messages are responded to promptly and efficiently
• To support colleagues/team to achieve the best results for clients
• To record operational statistics and to report daily activity
• Responsible for complying with health and safety and site operational procedures
• Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Leadership and Management team
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in concierge/ reception/ front of house/ hospitality roles is desired
• Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate level
