Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time butcher at Ibbitson’s award-winning stall in Jacky White’s Market, Sunderland.
Duties include cutting and preparing meat for counter displays, serving customers, making sausages and other home-made products, as well as oven duties and maintaining strict hygiene standards in the stall.
The position would suit a qualified butcher or a keen apprentice, as full training will be given.
Competitive market salary dependent on age and experience.
