Summary
Area Cleaning Supervisor – Yorkshire / Northeast Region.
We are looking for an experience Area Cleaning Supervisor. Ideally you will have experience in managing multiple sites, be organised and be prepared to work flexible hours.
As an Area Cleaning Supervisor – your responsibilities will include:
• The management and delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Managing and leading our cleaning teams by example, this can mean being very much hands on, therefore covering shifts is to be expected.
• Conducting/reporting on audits and risk assessments and ensuring all site Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to.
• Recruiting, interviewing and assessment of new staff.
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement on services, cost savings and account growth from existing clients and new clients alike.
• Directly liaising with Directors, Key Account Managers, support teams, supervisors and site staff.
