Summary
Do you have a passion for high-quality food & beverage and a keen eye for detail?
We're looking for a motivated Compliance Manager to join a team in Tiverton! The role is Monday to Friday with one day working from home.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring all aspects of compliance are met at the Tiverton site
- Leading site audits (BRC, Retailer) and managing corrective actions
- Training staff on compliance and audit procedures
- Implementing and managing the Food Safety Culture Plan
- Conducting internal & external audits (suppliers, service providers)
- Maintaining documentation control and updating HACCP plans
- Upholding high standards through pest control management
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience with BRC GS Food Audits and other retailer audits
- Knowledge of HACCP systems and experience as a trainer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a team
- A proactive and self-motivated personality with a can-do attitude
A Degree or A Levels (or equivalent) is preferred, along with a driving licence.
