Hours of work are:
6am-2pm -day shift
2pm-10pm-twilight shift
Rates of pay
Monday- Friday :
£11.94 per hour for days
£13.73 per hour for twilight
Saturday- TIME AND HALF
Sunday - DOUBLE TIME
Your Time at Work
Working as part of a team, Inspecting and moving vehicles around site: mainly this will be from the parking areas within the Vehicle Dispatch Compound into the load lanes and in/out of storage. Movement of vehicles around site will need to be logged via hand held scanners ensuing correct vehicles are moved and that each vehicle is parked in the correct location. Parking of vehicles is in accordance with strict quality procedures.
Our Perfect Worker
-Full valid UK driving licensee held for a minimum of 2 years
-Applicants must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences, no unspent DR10 (drink driving) or DD (dangerous driving) offences
-Good communication skills
-Good, safe driving and parking skills are necessary as well as a good work ethic and attention to detail
-ability to work both independently and as part of a team
