Summary

Randstad C&P are recruiting on behalf of a construction specialist, in creating bespoke, high-end luxury projects valued up to £10 million. The projects epitomise elegance, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, catering to discerning clients with high expectations. The contractor are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end bespoke house projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from concept to final handover
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining positive relationships
  • Lead and coordinate a team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality through regular site inspections
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
  • Address and resolve issues or challenges swiftly and effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in high-end residential or luxury property development
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury residential construction processes, materials, and industry best practices
  • Meticulous eye for detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and client-focused approach
