Summary


To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Falls and Bone Health Service providing cross cover when required at the Brysson Whyte Rehabilitation Unit based at Queen Mary's Hospital

The post holder will be required towork under own initiative to provide comprehensive and effective support to the Integrated Falls & Bone Health Service, a multi-disciplinary team, in order to support clinical service delivery and improve patient outcomes. working as part of amultidisciplinary team committed to providing the best possible service.

You will have highly developed telephone communication skills to receive and make calls to book appointments and signpost the patient to the most appropriate service or component of the IFBHS. Goodwritten communication skills to communicate with service users. ExcellentIT skills to maintain service statistics and activity data.



The Integrated Falls & Bone Health Service is a proactive, self referral community service in Wandsworth, which aims to reduce the incidence of falls and fractures in the older adult population. The team comprises of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, Exercise Facilitators and Administrative support staff. The team is based at St John’s Therapy Centre and Queen Marys Hospital and can offer home, community location or outpatient sessions to patients in the Wandsworth locality.
