Summary

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Via team in our newly awarded Hillingdon service as a Recovery Practitioner.

As part of the team, you will provide effective and evidence-based recovery support to clients with drug and alcohol addictions.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.

The Service
Working in partnership with an NHS foundation Trust, Via are contracted to deliver the Hillingdon Arch service- an integrated drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support service that serves adult residents of the Borough of Hillingdon. The service is high performing, ambitious and extremely well regarded by stakeholders and the local community.

Addictions Recovery Community Hillingdon (ARCH), Old Bank House, 64 High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1JP.
