Summary

The Service Manager oversees adult services for individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and social care regulations and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:
Education: Level 5 Health and Social Care Management Certificate.
Experience: 5+ years in health and social care management, focusing on autism and learning disabilities.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
