Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working alongside a prestigious private practice in St Albans who require an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Days/Hours - Monday 08:00am - 17:00pm Tuesday 10:00am - 19:00pm Thursday 09:00am - 18:00pm Friday 08:00am - 15:00pm Saturdays 09:00am - 13:00pm
Computer System - Dentally
Responsibilities of the Dental Receptionist
Greet and check in patients upon arrival at the dental office.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or concerns from patients.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance processing.
Collaborate with dental staff to provide excellent patient care and service.
Requirements for the Dental Receptionist
Must have at least 2 year of Dental Receptionist experience
Be a team Player
Fully Compliant
A good command of English, both written and spoken
