Summary
Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Manchester - Salary up to £45,000 DOE
CBW currently have a vacancy for a Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract around the Manchester area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Compliance and logbooks
- CAFM systems (elogs and Webquote used onsite)
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Person Specification:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems
- Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
- Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
- Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
