Are you an experienced manager looking to progress in a well-established and friendly team? Our client are seeking a Clinical Director to join their team based in County Durham. We are looking for a self-motivated Clinical Director to propel the practice to new heights, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional care to patients and clients. You'll be driven to inspire the team, fostering personal growth and development.
The practice stands as a premier veterinary facility in the region, renowned for its exceptional reputation and loyal client base. Centrally situated, the practice enjoys excellent transportation connections via rail or road to Durham, Newcastle, and York, surrounded by picturesque countryside.
The Role
• Open to flexibility to suit your needs- with days/hours worked
• Salary up to £68,000 DOE
• No OOH!
Your responsibilities will involve clinical duties, coaching and mentoring colleagues, as well as involvement in business strategy, planning, and budgeting. While prior managerial experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You will receive support from the group Practice Manager and the four existing group Clinical Directors. Additionally, you will have access to further training and development opportunities through their Leadership scheme.
